Bathroom Installation Manager\nLeeds\nUp to £50,000 DOE + Car Allowance + Bonus\n\nElliott Recruitment are delighted to be working with a national market-leading organisation to recruit an experienced Bathroom Installation Manager to cover Leeds and the surrounding areas.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing business on a permanent basis. Reporting directly to the Director of Installations, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring high-quality bathroom installations are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Conduct detailed technical surveys within customers’ properties to ensure right first-time installations\n\n * Manage and oversee installation teams throughout the project lifecycle\n\n * Carry out regular site visits to monitor quality, progress, and compliance\n\n * Resolve site-based issues promptly and effectively\n\n * Manage remedial works and warranty claims\n\n * Liaise with customers, installers, and internal departments to maintain excellent service levels\n\n * Produce and interpret CAD drawings and installation plans where required\n\nAbout You:\n\n * Previous experience in an Installation Manager role within bathrooms, kitchens, or the wider construction/building sector\n\n * Strong knowledge of plumbing and general building trades\n\n * Essential experience using CAD software\n\n * Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems would be advantageous\n\n * Excellent communication and organisational skills\n\n * Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities\n\n * Full UK driving licence\n\nPackage:\n\n * Salary up to £50,000 depending on experience\n\n * £4,800 car allowance\n\n * Bonus scheme\n\n * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays\n\n * Additional birthday leave\n\n * Laptop and mobile phone provided\n\n * Excellent additional company benefits\n\nIf you have the required skills and experience and are looking for your next challenge, please apply online today.
