\nAn opportunity for a Family Fee Earner, Family Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a large national law firm within their brand-new Family Law department in Manchester. Based in a stunning modern office in the heart of Spinningfields, this is a rare opportunity to join a growing team at the ground floor and play a key role in the development of the department.

\nThe firm has an established national presence with offices across the UK and an excellent reputation for providing high-quality legal services.

\nYou will handle caseload of privately funded family matters, with a particular focus on high-value divorce and financial remedy work. The quality of the work is exceptional, with many matters involving substantial assets, business interests, pensions and complex financial arrangements.

\nThe Role:
\nYou will manage your own caseload and assist on all aspects of private family law matters including but not limited to:
\nDivorce and separation proceedings
\nFinancial remedy matters
\nHigh Value financial settlements
\nCohabitation disputes
\nPre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
\nPrivate children matters
\nClient meetings and relationship management
\nCourt applications and advocacy (where appropriate)
\nBusiness development and networking
\n
\nThe ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience handling private family law matters. Applications are welcomed from experienced Family Fee Earners, Solicitors and Chartered Legal Executives who are looking to progress their career within a growing national practice. Strong experience in divorce and financial remedy work would be advantageous.
