M&E Manager

We're working with a well-backed developer/main contractor in London, looking to appoint an experienced MEP Manager to work on a project in Wembley.\n\nThis is a key delivery role on large-scale student accommodation project overseeing all mechanical, electrical and public health packages.\n\nYou'll be working closely with construction, design and subcontractor teams to drive delivery on complex projects. You'll be responsible for programme, coordination, quality and compliance across all building services elements.\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n\nManaging MEP subcontractors through procurement, installation and commissioning phases\nCoordinating design development and resolving technical challenges\nDriving programme and ensuring works are delivered in line with key milestones\nOverseeing quality assurance and commissioning processes\nLiaising with consultants, local authorities and utility providers\nSupporting integration of services within architecturally led schemesWhat we're looking for:\n\nProven experience as an MEP Manager or Senior Building Services Manager on large-scale London developments\nTrack record delivering projects valued at £100m+\nStrong technical understanding across mechanical, electrical and public health systems\nExperience working for a developer, main contractor or tier-one subcontractor\nCommercial awareness and ability to manage subcontractor performance\nConfident communicator with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders \n\nThis is an opportunity to join a forward-thinking developer with a strong pipeline of work across London, offering long-term career progression and exposure to high-profile schemes
