Operations Manager - Social Housing Voids\nHemel Hempstead based (with travel)\n£80K - £95K + Car Allowance + Benefits\n\nWe are working with a leading contractor operating within the property services market to recruit an Operations Manager to join their highly successful team based in Hemel Hempstead.\n\nThe Operations Manager will oversee teams delivering voids programmes for housing associations, ALMOs, and local councils. We are looking for candidates with comparable experience working for a Main Contractor.\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven Operations Manager with a determined and motivated attitude. You will be instrumental in managing the contracts and leading a team of Contract Managers, Site Managers, Resident Liaison Officers, and subcontractors.\n\nOperations Manager Key Skills/Requirements:\n\nEnsure the delivery of the projects within the budget and time scales specified\nExperience as an Operations Manager delivering social housing voids projects\nFocus on motivation of the workforce to deliver on time and to budget\nFocus on quality, customer service and delivery\nDriving profitability of the contract to include pricing and delivery of extra works\nClient and tenant satisfaction\nProcess Management\nManagement of the customer\nHave an understanding of the financials on the contract\nSMSTSOperations Manager Salary & Package\n\nYou will be working for a modern, forward thinking business that believes the strengths, skills and personalities of their people are the key to the group's success.
This is a full time, permanent role for which you will receive up to £95,000 + Car/Allowance + Benefits
