About the Client:
Our client is a highly successful, globally recognised boutique investment firm with a dynamic culture. They are looking for an organised, pro-active Team Assistant to join the team.

About the Team Assistant Role:
This is an exciting and integral role supporting a team. The Team Assistant role will include comprehensive diary management, travel coordination and providing administrative support across the department. The responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Diary management, including arranging conference calls and meetings
  • Overseeing full travel logistics
  • Inbox management
  • Assist with presentation and letter preparation
  • Processing expenses
  • Organisation of events, as required
  • Other ad-hoc duties and projects, as required.

Team Assistant Candidate Specification:

  • Previous administrative support experience in a fast-paced, professional environment is essential
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to deal effectively with multiple priorities and changing circumstances
  • Can-do, proactive approach to tasks

Additional Information:

  • Competitive salary, dependent on experience
  • Core hours 8-5
  • Hybrid, option for 1-2 days working from home, however this is dependent on business needs and flexibility to work full-time in the office is required
  • West End location
